White Birch Juice all started in November 2014  inside the  "Whole Health Center." What began as a handful of fresh-pressed juices & smoothies has developed into the restaurant on Main St. in Abingdon.  Our  mission is to inspire & empower people to experience superior health & happiness through whole foods, made with love and served in forms closest to those found in nature.

By partnering with 12-15 farms on a daily basis, she aims to offer the freshest, sustainably sourced, locally focused food & drink. Menu items range from local meats, eggs, cheeses, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, cold-pressed cocktails, local wines, craft beer & more!
